Credit Agreement

KSP Credit User Agreement

Effective Date: July 30, 2026. This Agreement governs your use of KSP Credit on Kings Sound Promotions ("KSP"). By selecting "I Agree" when applying, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

1. What is KSP Credit?

KSP Credit is an internal platform credit provided by Kings Sound Promotions to eligible users to purchase approved KSP products and services.

KSP Credit is not cash, cannot be withdrawn into a bank account, transferred to another user, or used outside the KSP platform.

2. Eligibility

KSP Credit is available only to eligible Streamers and Uploaders who meet KSP's qualification requirements.

KSP reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or revoke KSP Credit applications at its sole discretion.

3. Approved Uses

  • Streamer Monthly Subscription
  • Streamer Annual Subscription
  • Uploader Monthly Subscription
  • Uploader Annual Subscription
  • Gold Uploader Monthly Subscription
  • Gold Uploader Annual Subscription

KSP Credit cannot be used for

  • Cash withdrawals
  • Bank transfers
  • Sending money to another user
  • Audio advertising
  • Graphic advertising
  • Purchases outside the KSP platform

4. Credit Amount

The amount of KSP Credit approved will be determined solely by KSP based on your eligibility, account history, and platform activity.

Approval of one credit request does not guarantee approval of future requests.

5. Interest Charge

By accepting KSP Credit, you agree that an interest charge equal to 50% of the approved credit amount will be added to your repayment obligation.

Example: Credit Approved: ₦20,000. Interest Charge (50%): ₦10,000. Total Amount Payable: ₦30,000.

The applicable repayment amount will be displayed before you accept the credit.

6. Repayment

Repayment will be made automatically from your eligible earnings on the KSP platform.

You authorize KSP to deduct repayments from your available earnings before processing any withdrawal requests.

Repayments will continue automatically until the total amount payable has been fully recovered.

7. Due Date

Each KSP Credit will have a repayment due date communicated to you at the time the credit is approved.

You agree that KSP may automatically recover the outstanding amount from your available earnings on or after the due date.

8. Insufficient Earnings

If your available earnings are insufficient to settle the outstanding balance on the due date, the unpaid balance will remain outstanding. You will continue earning rewards through qualified streaming and other eligible activities.

Future eligible earnings will be automatically applied toward repayment until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.

KSP is not responsible if repayment takes longer because your platform earnings are insufficient.

9. Default Fee

If the total amount payable has not been fully repaid by the due date, a default fee equal to 5% of the original credit amount will be added to your outstanding balance.

Example: Original Credit: ₦20,000. Default Fee (5%): ₦1,000.

The default fee is charged once for that credit unless otherwise stated in the applicable KSP Credit terms.

10. Withdrawal Restrictions

Users with outstanding KSP Credit may have their withdrawal requests delayed or reduced until required repayments have been deducted.

KSP reserves the right to withhold withdrawals where necessary to recover outstanding obligations.

11. Misuse

KSP may immediately suspend or terminate your access to KSP Credit if you:

  • Provide false information
  • Attempt to manipulate earnings
  • Engage in fraudulent streaming
  • Operate multiple accounts to obtain additional credit
  • Breach the KSP Terms of Use

12. Changes to KSP Credit

KSP may modify eligibility requirements, repayment terms, credit limits, approved uses, or other operational rules for future KSP Credit applications.

Changes will not affect previously accepted credit agreements unless required by law or agreed with the user.

13. Limitation of Liability

KSP reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the KSP Credit program at any time.

Approval of KSP Credit is a privilege and not an entitlement.

14. Acceptance

By selecting "I Agree", you confirm that:

  • You understand the amount of credit being provided.
  • You understand the total repayment obligation, including applicable interest.
  • You authorize KSP to deduct repayments automatically from your eligible platform earnings.
  • You understand that if your earnings are insufficient, future earnings will continue to be applied toward repayment until the outstanding balance is fully settled.
  • You understand that a default fee may apply if the credit remains unpaid after the due date.
  • You voluntarily accept all terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
